From his France Kenji Tokitsu comes back in Italy and choose F.E.K.A.M. as his own Federation.
A memorable Sensei, well known in every Karateka's mind. He thinks that there's a long martial way to go trough. With his style "Jisei do", together with his Italian and european Martial School he joins our Federation.
He often trains together with his T.D. and representative in Italy - Sensei Sabino Leone, helped by Sensei Giuseppe Figini and Sensei Raffaele Monteleone.
